I strongly recommend that the government should spare no efforts in funding and investing in new technologies which will be essential in noise pollution reduction.
Furthermore, the introduction of hybrid cars has made advances in the reduction of motor vehicle noise. Noise from transportation is one major source of noise pollution. The application of cars with low level noise will be effective in reducing noise emission.
All in all, although printed dictionaries are still useful in terms of learning a language, electronic dictionaries are certainly much better suited for that purpose because they are light and portable.
Although some students argue that class attendance should not be compulsory either because the classes are boring or because they can learn more on their own, I believe that making class attendance compulsory is beneficial for both students and teachers.
