实干政绩（Pragmatic Governance Performance）

This study helped me fully grasp the connotation of pragmatic governance performance. A correct view of achievements rejects flashy vanity projects and short-term superficial gains, prioritizing grassroots realities and people’s long-term interests with down-to-earth efforts. As a foreign language major and an activist striving for Party membership, I will take this concept as my guide. I will cast aside impetuosity in academic study and daily life, focus on solid self-improvement rather than empty glory. I plan to leverage my language expertise to share authentic grassroots stories. I will strictly demand myself in all aspects, root myself in practical small tasks, take serving people as my goal, and steadily move closer to the standards of a formal Party member by delivering tangible, meaningful progress.
